    when to cut after a bulk cycle

    Let's say I'll be running a bulk cycle and I wish to cut after it cause my bodyfat reached around 15% and you want to be around 7%
    When would it be the best option to run a cutting cycle (clen only, dnp).
    Straight after pct? 2 weeks after? cycle duration + pct duration off or when would it be the best time to do so.

    I would wait a little bit after PCT to ensure that you maintain as much of your gains you earned when bulking.


    Not during PCT though. I'm even a little hesitant to cut even after a few weeks of PCT.

    My plan is to start cutting around 8-10 weeks after I finish PCT....I don't have any reasoning as to why I chose that though other than its when I'll be running AAS again.....

    I personally would hang on to as much weight for as long as possible to assure you maintain as much muscle as posible. BTW, loving your log Johnny.

    Why not just wait till your next cycle? Assuming you take as much time off as you were on including PCT? This will help you maintain as much muscle as possible

    Not to steal the OP's thread...but I'll be cutting with 250mg test/400mg tren/500mg mast + clen/T3.....do you think I'll lose much/any muscle at a 500cal TDEE deficit? For this assume diet/training is on point. Just curious...I'll be starting About 10 weeks after my PCT for my current cycle ends.

    I don't think you'll loose any muscle... look at the compounds you're running.

    WOW. No, should lose ANY muscle running those compounds with a 500 calorie deficit. Sheesh.
