    Please read this

    Hello Guys my name is Hansel i am 5.5ft tall i weight 235lbs and my goal is to get to a lean body i know is going to be hard but my goal is first to get to 165lbs but i want to know which will be a good cycle for me to loose up weight fast and get at least some muscle im sorry if my english is bad i dont speak that much. Thanks i will appreciate any help please

    No cycle. You need diet and exercise.

    Agree with these gentlemen. Start off slow with diet and cardio until you get close to your target weight. Don't use drugs thinking it is a short cut or trying to save time. This is hard work. Develop the mental discipline to see this thing through the right way.

    You can do it,I lost 55 lbs a few years ago strictly be diet and working out in the gym like a mad man.

    Those were almost exactly my numbers. I went from 235 down to 160. I did it all with diet and exercise.

    You can do this. Before long you will hit little milestones (tighten the belt loop, have someone notice your efforts, etc.) and those little rewards will make it easier.

    I was stuck in rut (not workout out). Lost a lot of mass/muscle.

    Put myself on a strict diet (used those stupid phone apps) and consistently hit the gym day after day. It's amazing what determination can do for you. Good luck to ya.

    I believe you must say to yourself ''I will do whatever I need to do to to become the most I can be''. Then do it. Take pics once a week to help motivate yourself. And when your in the gym and had enough, keep going!
