I know people use Test E/C with Deca but I get too many sides from the longer ester, so has anyone used Prop with Deca and if so how did you spread and dose it?

Based on your info, I would recommend Prop with NPP. Its the same as Deca only with a short ester and less sides.

In my experience I've ran 25 aromasin ED and that didnt work too well so I might use adex at .5mg ED and see from there

I use short esters and long esters at the same time depending on what I have. I do prefer npp but if you just have deca pin it Ed with the prop. I feel long esters kick in way faster when I pin them Ed. There's charts to support this but I'm too lazy to find them.

the first question i would ask is what negitive side effects do you get with long esters? test is test... as for the hcg... i never run it that really could be your choice... and same with the anti estrogen... run it if you see side effects from the test or better yet pay a hundred and fifty dollars for a blood test, monitor you estro levels toward the last few weeks of you cycle to see where you sit.
