CYP, PCT questions, help a vet

whats up fellas, I will tell you a little about myself so my questions can be better answered. I'm 26yo, 220lbs 5'10" 20%bf, workout on a regular basis now (3 weeks) I have worked out before but have never been comitted. Besides body workouts in the Army, small workouts in afghan.. I have been researching AS for almost 7 months and have found some very good info but still not specific for me. I'm also not going to be some moron who just inj myself without a full plan in place..... so, i need some help... the gear- CYP 200mg's/ML.. 400mg's a week, 200mg on monday, 200mg on thursday, 12 week cycle, taking 1mg of arimadex/week... protein intake 300g daily, no carb diet, PCT- 3 weeks after last inj...... now this is where i am stuck despite research, EVERYONE has a different answer, im seeing a trend of nolvadex and hcg... fire away guys..

With only three weeks of really working out it would be wrong to suggest any use of AAS. You have not even begun to tap into your natural potential. Get a couple years of hard training at the gym with a good diet first
AAS is not the answer your looking for buddy. And thank you for serving our country.

    Didn't get those 3-weeks.

Agree with the above, your body will react very well to new things even without the roids.

20% bf's too high. You're gonna invite some potentially bad sides like gyno. Gyno can be pre cancerous so you need to be careful. Diet, supplement, workout for at least a couple of years. Your body has to be ready to cycle. If your muscles get stronger than what your connecting tissues can handle, you can rip them right off the bone. It takes a lot longer for your tendons to get strong. It only takes a few weeks for the muscles to develop with AAS. It takes years to strengthen the tendons. Be safe, be patient.

Commit to workingout and dieting first. 3 weeks is not enough time to say you are a regular. Take some time to dial in a good clean diet, get a good workout program, set up some goals for yourself and drop that BF a bit more before you decide on AAS. You will be glad you did. Once you see that training and dieting is an actual part of your lifestyle and something you can commit to from now on, then consider. Be safe and Good Luck!

ok good deal thanks bro, i definitely want my full potential out of this cycle and maximum knowledge. im definitely one to listen to wise advice. also i forgot to add: I am currently taking 100mgs/week cyp for TRT... i have been for 6 weeks, my testosterone was 520, i was feeling like junk all the time and now im back to where i was, the dr and i are trying to figure out what is causing the low T. might be genetic. my question is, does trt need to be cycled? also after my cycle in a couple years IF im still doing TRT, will i discontinue the TRT post cycle or continue 100mg's/week? one other question, when I do cycle i have heard milk thistle and ginko biloba are essential..? and your welcome man, i joined the military to protect my family and good people like yall.

Im definitely committed to this, my diet is clean, im intaking all the right stuff, now you said suppliments, ive heard terrible stuff about gnc crap, sketchy stuff about planet nutrition.... what kinds of suppliments could i take to aid my workout? also i am pretty stocky and strong given my lack of workout over the years, what suppliments/workouts could i do to drop bf% and gain muscle? thanks again guys
