TRT - Test Cyp, Test Prop, or Test Sust - water bloat

TRT question - what do you think will cause the least water bloat while keeping test levels steady and is also a realistic form of TRT? realistic meaning, 25mg of test Prop ED is not very realistic as who wants to pin everyday on TRT?

    1. test Prop 50mg M,W,F
    2. test cyp 75mg M and F
    3. test sust 150mg 1x per week

-all with 6mg Aromasin ED and 250iu HCG 2x per week.

Also, is test prop a reasonable for of test for TRT? I dont see this used much and I am not certain why other than it requiring more frequent injections.

    Thanks Guys!

I would imagine you wouldn't need to run an AI with a TRT dose?

Bloating would be minimal as your E2 levels wouldn't be that elevated from running a TRT dose.

Are you experiencing bloating now on this is what you're asking?

I'm assuming this is not under a doctors care? Best bet is cyp split every 3.5 days. SQ injections work well too. Are you guessing at the amounts here? When it comes to AI's more and more are able to use less or none by using the twice weekly protocol along with lowering bodyfat levels. BW is the key.

If you're on TRT I recommend Test Cyp. You just take it once a week. Test Prop's ester's too short so you're pinning eod. Sus250's got short and long esters. IMO, Test Cyp taken once a week is the best for TRT.

No bloat now - just wanting to be proactive.

My doc wantd me on 200mg test cyp once a month with no HCG or AI....through researching on all the boards, 200mg test cyp once a month seems like a terrible idea. SO i decided to give self TRT a shot here. Looks like I am going to start with 150 mg Test Cyp/week (M 75mg T 75 mg) with 250iu x2 per week and 4mg Aromasin daily and see how things go. Do you guys recommend any additional support supps like N2Guard, Saw Palm, etc?

Cyp once a week or even split to 2x a week for a steady level and minimal side effects. You will not know if an AI is needed with out blood work. Some are more suceptable to estrogen conversion than others.

Wow. Horrible protocol by your doc who is obviously clueless. Your suggested protocol looks good. Additional supps, well since your injecting T downstream I'd add in dhea @ 25mg and pregnenolone at 50mg. Both micronized only. Take a look at lef.com for these.

You may consider 50 & 50 to start with your T dose. Main goal is to avoid having to use an AI. With a lower, split dosage many TRT'ers have been able to avoid them altogether, which is much healthier. Obviously based on frequent BW. More is not better with TRT. Healthier is better. Visit the HRT forum and read all the stickies. Great info there.
