    2 years into lifting

Hello everyone, I have been lifting my whole life. When I was a kid I would workout with my dad.
For my 16th birthday All I wanted was an Olympic weight set.
For a while I was a curl bro, didn't pay attention to my diet and rarely had any type of actual routine plan.

Threw-out the years I have learned things the hard way,
this sport is 70% diet and 30% lifting
    Noob gains only come once
It's a very long and hard road to glory

Right now I'm averaging about 1lbs of growth per month..
I can admit my diet is not 100% to par with everything else. However don't get me wrong I still get my 3.5 to 4k calories per day in(eat every 2-3 hours), along with about 1 gal of water and some juice.
(I say its not up to par because I would like to buy some creatine and whey protein) I do take sups but when I run out I don't buy more for about a month or so because I really don't have the cash...

Anyway I'm here to learn about gear and maybe how to obtain legit gear...
I'm also only looking to get to about 195 or so right now I'm 155
