    405 what do u think?

come as close to a 1500cal 60 20 20 split as i can. Honestly not going lower bro.

puts me at a 1000cal defict. The protein is roughly 1.4grams per pound of LMB like in the 101 cutting thread or whatever. Didnt list vegies as i cbf but i do add them in aswell as salad mix etc

food choices are clean. and pretty much the same as my last diet. Just dropped quanaties to hit Macros and calorie goal. Not quite 1500 but 1600 is close enough bro. Cant really get any closer TBH.

The split looks good, The only thing I would suggest is adding the veggies onto the MyFitnessPal so we can see it fully. At the moment, you've got about 600Kcal coming from the protein shakes (I assume the eggwhites were in the shake?) It doesnt look like you have a whole lot of food there, you might just find it a little hard. If you're plannng to bulk out this plan with your veggies though, more power to you!

Yea I agree - Im big on protein shakes for bulking out my protein intake. Stem and 405 will shoot me for saying that.

Im just thinking with such a low calorie intake, that protein shake wont keep you full for very long. You'll be starving, see what 405 suggests though mate!

I won't shoot you mate. Depending on how much you are actually using them. I make it no secret that protein supplements amount for approx 20% of my protein intake at times.

If I was having a girls intake of 1500cals though, I doubt I'd be feeling the need to use any supplemental protein. Especially uncooked egg whites or any form of whey!

Ah, we'll, now you mention it

Mate it's about convenience, cost and variety. Everything has to fit into a lifestyle but usually shakes are consumed as folk are too lazy to do the real good thing (not saying you, just saying).

You really have to ask for an alternate source of protein after all this time?

yeh i would drop all the protein powder and liquid protein sources and add meat! beef, chikn, etc.. just like SteM said. 1500cals is tuff enuff to eat everyday without being hungry, let alone the primary macro thatll give u some satiation (protein) ur turning into liquid! (looks like 112g worth of liquid protein) u know u could eat 1 pound beef or chikn to get that much protein right??? why would u want to drink it?

as far as the other part of what i would change/add, i think i answered that question multiple times in multiple threads. i would change the entire diet! this does not seem to be getting thru to u though for some reason?

I don't know why people feel the need to cut carbs out to basically nothing in order to lose BF. I don't know your background on what you're trying to do or what level you are at but why don't you try carb cycling instead. You're going to be miserable eating 1500 calories with 75g of carbs/day.
