Hi im 28 5 ft 10 about 276lbs. I got into strength training at about 13 and kept with it until around 23, I was around 230lbs then and fairly strong 505 pr deadlift, 370 pr flat bench, 225 push press. Not amazing lifts but pretty good. Anyway I got lazy and started slacking and getting less dedicated and for about the last year I think I may have had 20 workouts. I began training a few days ago and fell in love with the iron again. After I drop about 25lbs and have been back at about 4 months Im considering taking a cycle and need advice IF I decide to use gear. My goal is leaning out while building strength/power, I dont really care if I gain size so much. So if somebody could recommend what to use and when. Thank you
