Hello fellow board members. Greetings from Texas. I stumbled upon this site by accident this week while doing some research on low testosterone. I am 43, 5’10”, 195lbs and about 15-18% bf. I have been feeling run down, lacking motivation, etc. I asked my doctor to check out my test levels at my annual physical a couple of weeks ago. The nurse called and said my testosterone levels are at 190 and the doctor wants you to start Androgel Cream. Anyway, while doing research I came across this site. I don’t think my doctor is a specialist in this area by any stretch of the imagination. Being this could be a lifetime commitment I want to do this right.
The question is what should I do? More tests, fill the prescription, ??? Any and all advice is welcome.
