Getting a littel bit of acne on my prop/tren cycle
roughly 9 weeks in now at 100mg of both eod
breaking out a bit on shoulders and back

pretty sure ive had this acne for a while now. Just forgot about it. Dont think ive had more breakout, pretty much the same from halfway thru my cycle
anyway how do people get rid of it. I drink plenty of water. Diet is clean etc

Yes it should help, rub it on the acne-affected area and let it soak in for a few minutes after every application. Note that this will only work for androgen-related acne breakouts, and will do nothing for acne caused by estrogen (remember that excessive estrogen also causes acne).

How do u know if its estrogen related acne? Have been taking my ai at 0.25mg eod ever since ive used gear and never had a problem such as sexuak wise or anything. Been using liquidex from ar r

There is no way of knowing. Use the Nizoral 2% on the acne affected area as described, and if it clears up within a couple of weeks then its androgen related. If its caused by estrogen, it won't go away. Assuming your AIs are the real deal, this is most likely androgen caused.

I've struggled with acne on cycle and tried everything. A low dose off accutane is the only thing that works for me personally. I take that back, augmentin raped my acne, but the sides were way worse than a low dose of accutane. I also get way less acne pinning Ed. Learning how to keep my hormones as stable as possible and the perfect ai dose have made the biggest difference. I'm on 2 grams of gear currently totally acne free.

Keeping my hormones in check (pin ED short esters and E3D long esters) along with the correct AI dosage has made quite a difference in controlling my acne. Using Liquid Letro 1mg EOD as seemed to work for me. I started with .625mg E3D, then EOD before upping my dosage to 1mg EOD. It took a few weeks to figure out, but I think I have the dosage right where it needs to be.
