I want to write another article for the Q&A section - YOU help me choose!

As many of you know, once in a while I enjoy typing comprehensive articles for the Q&A forum on topics that are not well understood or delved-into in-depth if I have the time to do so. I want to make something new and I have a very good idea for my next article, but I want to ask you guys what you want. The article in question must be a topic that is unique, or, if it is going to be something commonly discussed or already written up (such as a steroid profile/guide), it has to be done in a unique angle (much like my Tren thread which is more of a practical down to earth how-to guide). The difference between my Trenbolone guide and the countless basic profiles out there on the internet and in books is that everything else is more of an impersonal generic list of technical data and information on a steroid. That's the kind of uniqueness that a steroid guide needs if i'm going to make another one.

I don't have too many ideas right now but my 2 main ideas for what i'd like to write about next (in order of importance/preference):
1. Article explaining the mechanisms involved that determine the 'kick-in' period we all anxiously wait for when we start a cycle, and why it takes a certain amount of time even though blood levels peak right after the first injection, etc. This is actually something I really want to make a write up on.
2. Another how-to guide for a compound. Must be something that I have experience using, as I don't like writing guides on how to use something I have never used.

Any other ideas? Even for the future? I don't have an expected time frame for when i'll type it up and post it, but when I have the time I plan on slowly chipping away at whatever is determined to work on.

A. I considered doing something like this myself on the topic of proper injection techniques and myths. No doubt it you would do it much more justice! There are some great ideas here, but I really like your first. I'm very interested in the mechanisms of the 'kick-in' period, and there seems to be very little out there other than bro science. I'd really be interested in learning the mechanisms by which the body breaks down the esters to utilize the active hormones; specificly enzme activity, rate of ester breakdown vs. rate of hormone metabolization, and so on. It seems like there's always a larger focuse on the pharmacodynamics as opposed to the pharmacokinetics.

If I were to do another how-to guide for a compound, Masteron and/or Turinabol would be great choices. I have experience with both! Granted, i've only used both of those compounds only once (and the Masteron I ran on its own). Obviously my experience with them is not as extensive as something like Tren and Test, but those are 2 perfect compounds to write about.

I also fear a thread like that would get jam packed full of "please review my following planned cycle" posts. If a thread like that were to be made, I would have to make clear criteria as to what questions I would be willing to answer and which ones I won't. But that is a great idea.

I enjoy doing write-ups and articles not just because I can inform and educate others, but I also learn a lot through doing so myself. It's a continuous learning process for me.

You could always avoid rediculous questions, as many of us would tell them the basics. You could answer specific questions that are unique. If anyone asks a "cycle critique", just ignore it. There is so many good questions that pop up from time to time that get missed. But by starting a thread like this, they would always get seen, and you could make the call as to answer it or not. But Tbol and mast, very curious. It would be a fun thread.

This is obvious, and we can all tell you love the challenge and learning experience you get from research you do. You learn more from your own studies I think. This is why I think it would be good you us, as well as you.

An all-encompassing injection techniques article is something very valulable to have on this board but I will admit I am not qualified to do so, because i've only ever injected ventrogluteal, dorsogluteal, and delts. I have never touched quads or any other sites that are even less commonly used (pecs, lats, etc.). I know there are some very experienced guys out there who have ventured out into exploring those areas and that is an article that someone like that could do a write-up on.

The problem is my knowledge and experience in this area is very limited but i'd love to help myself expand on it and learn more by perhaps doing more research and write-ups on it. I just don't know where to start! I think a couple questions to ask prior to a write up on any subtopic within the main topic of female AAS use would be:

- What are some of the most commonly asked questions by females concerning AAS use that are unique to females?
- What are the most common roadblocks and blunders that females encounter with AAS use?


Need some more input from the female community to gather ideas, especially from females who have experience cycling AAS.

That thread in particular (as well as a lot of other Tren threads that are created) had questions that were answered in my Tren writeup and in the FAQ. The problem is that the OP didn't read it. When pointed in the direction of that thread, he realized he missed it. This goes back to the 'spoonfeeding' issue. I'm not going to answer questions that have already been clearly answered elsewhere, especially considering I created that thread back when we would literally be getting 5-10 newly threads with Tren questions every day. Ever since I created that writeup, it has cut down on the amount of Trenbolone question threads i've seen posted compared to 4+ months ago, haven't you noticed that? I also always, ALWAYS respond to all questions in the Tren thread and help anyone out whenever I possibly can.

We all wish that people would read the Stickies. My friends Marcus and Swifto have the best i've ever read and i quote them on a regular basis. But also, Marcus is a regular participant in the forum that he put threads in, regardless.

Let me tell you something, i don't like your little promotion. Not that you're not "Knowledgeable". It's cause of the way you present yourself and talk to some new members here. And i also think the title has to be deserved. But that's just me.

I don't like to argue. I do enough of that w/my kids and wife. But if you listen to yourself you will know i have a valid point.

Stick around the Q&A for a while and put your time in if you're the expert in certain areas.

I don't understand where this hostility is coming from. I just don't understand your reaction. Have I said or done anything to you that warrants this? As far as I recall, I seldom have much direct interaction with you on the forum. You make it sound as though I create a Trenbolone thread that gets stickied, and then I just sit back and recline on the couch stroking my ego saying to myself "yeah, I just created a Tren thread - I don't need to help anyone now, my job is done!".... tha'ts not true.

The thing with a lot of basic question threads in the Q&A section is that there's usually immediately 10 people answering those questions within 5 minutes of thread creation. I've also stated many times (as everyone is well aware of) that i'm looking to answer UNIQUE and RARE questions. I'm looking to inform people about things in the articles I write that don't normally get answered. Think about how horrible it might feel for someone to post in the Q&A section with an extremely rare question about a problem they're having on cycle, only to have ZERO people answer their thread. Meanwhile you've got like 10 people within 5 minutes of a basic-question thread posting answers for the guy (with responses below of people just posting "^^THIS"), while the other poor fellow with a more serious problem gets left with nothing as his thread quickly sinks to the bottom of the page getting buried under a bunch of other threads. And that's because there are such few people here on this forum that have are knowledgeable enough to answer those complex unique/rare problems people encounter. And I know what its like to be that poor guy suffering with a question nobody can answer. I know how it feels! And THAT'S why i'm doing what i'm doing. Case in point: my liver thread. Absolutely nowhere on this forum could I find a write-up or thread that discussed liver function or the various possible manners by which one can go about treating and improving liver function from AAS or otherwise. Especially important was the description to help people understand HOW and WHY C17 Alpha Alkylated anabolic steroids cause liver toxicity. So I decided to create one with a description and compile all of my findings as to what is best in there. I did this because I myself was having a suspected liver issue and could find NOTHING on this forum. Since creating that thread, I have been receiving many thanks from all kinds of members here, both experienced members as well as newbies, about restored liver function and improved liver values in bloodwork.

With enough general research and experience, any average member can answer another member's "please review my test/dbol/deca cycle" question. Anyone can answer a "help, i'm getting gyno 2 weeks into my cycle, what can I do about it?" question. Anyone can answer a "just did my first injection, is this lump and pain normal?". Anyone can answer a "is Tren good for bulking or cutting?" question. Anyone can answer a "what exactly does Nolvadex do vs Arimidex?". But, not everyone can answer a "I was paralyzed for 18 months from west nile virus making me bed-ridden, and I want to use AAS to help rebuild atrophied muscles" question. Not everyone can answer a "bloodwork values all over the place our of range and liver enzymes out of control, please help" questions, and so on and so forth. THOSE are the questions and people i'm here to primarily answer help. That doesn't mean I won't or don't assist basic questions that are asked, because I still do answer the odd basic question. But when there's 10 people who have already jumped on a thread answering the person's question... it's kind of redundant for me to jump in at that point.

I also get TONS of PMs from new members asking me for help with questions they feel are too complex to post in the open form, or with questions they are afraid to ask. It's one of the reasons that i'm not found posting as freqeuntly in the Q&A thread, because a lot of my time is spent answering PMs from people. I have probably helped out hundreds of them over the last 4 months alone, and I have never ever not once left a PM or a question unanswered. I have replied to EVERYONE, regardless of how long they've been a member or their type of question. Here's an example of someone I was proud to help actually improve their health; here is the PM exchange:

So I went through your liver thread and it was pretty informative for me. I have not used AAS in close to a decade, and when I was diagnosed with low t (through blood work) 6 months back my ALT were elevated to 48 the reference was 41 u/l. I decided to go on a test cycle come off with strong pct to see if I could get some of my levels back to a respectable range before I commit to trt for life.

My doc said he thought my liver levels were high since I was over weight and everything else looked great. I have dropped serious weight in the past 6 months and got down to about 18% body fat. I was probably around 25%.

I have been taking milk thistle which I now have learned is a waste of money. I think that my liver issues come from a period of time where I was drinking very heavily each weekend. So I was going to pick up some udca from ar-r and start using it. Thanks for the info!

That's good to hear! Yeah, milk thistle in 99% of the forms on all store shelves is near useless. UDCA and TUDCA have been demonstrated time and time again in studies to seriously improve liver function, especially surrounding cholestasis (the #1 result of oral AAS use). But that's not the ONLY thing it will help alleviate, as studies have been done on the use of UDCA for hepatitis C patients as well as people with liver damage from alcohol. Definitely go get some UDCA from ar-r, and I would reccomend 500-1000mg per day. In fact, i'd say start at 1000-1500mg per day for the first week or do, and then down to 500mg per day.

Go get liver enzyme bloodwork done after a month or 2 of using this and let me know what the readings are and what your doctor says! Your liver enzyme readings should be drastically improved. As far as what your elevated enzymes may have been caused by, I don't know. It could be heavy drinking you once did, or it could be related to your bodyfat % (fatty liver disease), it is quite common, but reversible. The liver is an ingredibly resillient organ.

There are few gals on this website, let alone those with cycle expereince. those with cycle experience aren't on the open fourms. I will create a thread in the female only section directing them to this post here. I checked in the female only section and most of the questions are on primo/anavar/var/clen/clomid - which one to use and how much to cycle and what to do about side effects. I have seen a few on questions on t3.

I hang out in the nutritional forum and the gals that show up there are looking to cut with very very few exceptions. I went to the steriod profiles but the way it is organized, by name only, isn't useful IMO. I need help with those last 5 - 10 pounds so if you want to write a sticky just for me, that be fine too

I have welcomed every new female to this site for the last year and most are looking to loose weight andk ask about clen and the like. I don't know if clen qualifies as a cycle. LOL

I cant put words into StPetes mouth, so hopefully he can respond. But from knowing him in the time I have here, he has been a great guy and good to me. Maybe he had a bad day and needed an outlet. Not really helpful, so I would just use as much of whatever stuff I could find, which meant I spent thousands of dollars to maybe gain a tiny bit of muscle and still look skinny-fat on stage.

1. Primary and safest AAS used by women(competitior or recreational)
2. Compounds that are borderline(Can be used, but with caution)
3. Compounds that shouldnt be used by women
4. Testosterone supplementation use by women (pros, cons, sides, risks, and normal dosages)
5. Pros and Cons for women users
