Hey all,it's been awhile since I posted but still lurk often

I need to know if there have been changes at Ar-r recently.

Reason I ask. I placed an order on the morning of the 28th
and for several days I was assured the package shipped on
the 31st. Priority from them to me, is usually 3 days @ max.
ok..no biggie.

Yes holidays cause delays,this we all know.But what bothers
me are the bold face lies assuring it was indeed shipped on
monday 31st,it was not.

Tracking info was provided,but for days only stated electronic
info recieved. Well, tracking says it was finally shipped today.


I just wanted honesty from the person I was emailing with today.
Not looking to bash, just trying to understand why they would lie
and not be honest with me up front.

Are they still safe to deal with? idk.

They are great to deal with. Yesterday was the first! Just because it didn't ship until today doesn't mean it was their fault. Sounds like they did their part and the post didn't get it out due to the holiday..

this is ridiculous. your asking if they are good to deal with and you have a tracking number showing it shipped.
If it showed electronic info received on the 31st they did their job. The post office was closed on the 1st. So they may have dropped it off on the 31st like they said. But the post office may not have processed it.
Really think before you bash a good company

Shipping out of Texas has been slow, took my order 5 days to get out of the state. Has nothing to do with AR-R.

The past two weeks are the busiest shipping and delivery periods for the year. I've never had any issues with Ar-r.

I just got a shipment from them like 3 days before xmas.....but I can tell you this -- I ordered speakers from Guitar Center last week and paid for priority shipping - and they shipped them asap - however - they got stuck for two days at UPS office....so -- it wasnt guitar centers fault in any way....UPS is over whelmed this tyime of year....same thing here --- it sounds liek its not AR but the shipper that is haulted

I'm confused. You have a tracking number. Just follow it. Everything is slow now. I live 4 hours away from their facilities and it still takes a couple days. Relax, it's the holidays.

it should be fine as I did an order on the 18th and didnt get of til 29th usually only takes 3 days tops....as said things been slow....and even though its been electronically received on that date doesn't mean it got shipped out in that date....that confused me at first too
