This is NOT my problem my mate is kind off overweight and he's hitting the gym for 2 weeks now.
He seen some decent results already.
My question would be what would be the best way to ONLY get rid off the fat without building any muscle.
Since you can't build any muscle while cutting and bulking at around 30% bodyfat would be stupid.
He does cardio once a day for 40-60 mins but I think hes almost starving him to death not eating properly.
What would a diet look like in that case?
Regular 40/40/20 diet with 500 calories below maintenance?
Help would me appreciated.
