I was wondering if anyone could recommend which supplements on the sponsors website would be good to start off using. I have never used anything besides whey and creatine, and I'm hoping to bulk up. I also want to keep it completely legal, hence why I want the supplements. But I don't which ones I should use how much to take or how long and when to take them. I have a workout routine that has given me good results in the past but I can't seem to get my arms any bigger than 16". Hoping the supplements will help with that.
