Should I start taking Nolvadex now?

So I made a rookie mistake (a big one) by not including something like arimidex in my cycle to reduce estro side effects, can I use Nolvadex instead? I'm only on my first week of cycle (500mgs Test-E for 12Wks/50mgs T-bol ED 5Wks). I had just about enough nolvadex and clomid for my PCT. Any recommendations? I doubt I could get my hands on any adex or more nolvadex anytime soon. If it's too risky and I should drop the cycle that's fine by me, probably better to do it now than a few weeks in.

you can get liquidex from arr. should arrive within a wk. you can start the AI then. 1-2wk delay won't cause any serious problems. taking AI is better than taking nolva on cycle.

AI on cycle is for gyno prevention. if gyno is already starting, you'll need both AI and nolva for treatment. success of gyno reversal depends on size of gyno and dose of drugs used.

Cool. So having gyno is really not an issue as long as you are prepared. I figured the boob would last quite along time.

if its big and old... surgery may be the only way.

We need more details please. What happened? Did you get gyno already? Are you sure? What are the symptoms? What is your aas experience?

May be too little to require a pct. Eat well and train hard and check bloodwork is 2 months just to be sure everything is fine. Good luck

Thanks man, will do. Hopefully won't have any issues, I'll keep an eye out. How long do you guys think it would take for this stuff to be out of my system? only reason i'm kind of worried is because I'm noticing acne starting on my forehead, I never had issues with acne before, it's minor at the moment though, hopefully it won't get any worse.

once you stop the drugs, the sides will decrease or subside completely. test e takes 2wks to clear the system. tbol, a few days at the most.

Odd thing is, I got the soreness and the puffiness about 2 months after cycle. I have always had a problem with puffier than normal nipples but I have never had soreness.

Have you had a hormone panel with E2 sensitive assay done? Epistane is supposed to block E2 receptor sites and be gyno friendly (i.e. isn't supposed to promote gyno).

I have not had any BW done, I was seeing the cardiologist for something outside of the anabolics and I had BW done on my thyroid and everything was fine there. He did not tell me levels of anything though.

I would say puffiness and swelling. I have had lumps since puberty. I don't think they are getting any worse. I guess I have pubertal gyno. I would say puffiness is the main issue.
