Joined the site a while ago but lost interest in the gym due to lack of knowledge. Dont know much ablut dieting and what to eat to fuel gains and wether or not i should start off cutting or bulking. Im ready to give it all my attention now if someone would kindly point me in the right direction . Im 20 years old . Im Dublin in Ireland . Im currently around 260 lbs . 25-30%bf . Where do i start when it comes to my diet . Do i eat a low calorie diet and just do cardio. I want to build muscle but am i at the wrong bf% . I would luke a diet plan made out . Any help would be aprieciated
