Lower back pain?

Do any steroids help relieve lower back pain? I have a herniated disk in l4 it is usually fine but it has inflamed and pinching a nerve. I can hardly move. Will any gear help reduce inflammation?

Also I am on testtosterone only about 150 ml ew. How important is it that I take anesterzol? And does is have to be taken the day after injection or can it be a few days after?

Why are you running such a low dose? Are you self administering therapy or is this an attempt at cycling? You really need to get blood work done with a sensitive e2 assay.

Steroids will nit fix this problem. Ice 20 min. on and 20 min. off along with OTC ant inflams like motrin or ibuprofen!

arimadex to be taken every other day
i prefer taking ai shortly after injecting to deal with any aromatizing testosterones
sidenote about adex it just clogs the e2 receptors preventing estrogen from being about to attach
once adex clears estro is still present and a rebound effect with the estro can occour although i doubt it will matter with such a low dose
