wuz up every1 . am about to start my 2nd cycle and i was thinkin about getting dianibol and t 500. i wanted to ask ppl with expireaces if they thought this would be good for my 2nd cycle.

STATS: am 23 years old 5'9 in hieght 177 pounds

wen i started my 1st cycle i was 140 pounds. i did test 400 10 week cycle. for the 1st 4 weeks 1cc and the rest 2cc a week . i would eat healthy no fried foods and i would drink/eat 200 grams of protin a day . i gained 40 pounds in 2 months at the end i was 180 pounds . ive been off for almost 4 months only lost 3 pounds . wat is trt

140lbs was way to tiny to start using steroids, I'm shocked you kept the weight you gained. Normally once you come off steroids you shouldn't go back on for quite some time. Normally time on + PCT = time off.

In my recommendation : I would hit up the nutrition threads, make sure you have a healthy diet, and hit the gym up natural without AAS. Steroids are not magical. There just about 10% of what you have to do.. See what you can get up to without them for couple years and really get diet in check. Steroids have to have a solid base to grow off of.. And don't take this wrong way but neither 140 nor 177 is a solid base.. Did you do a PCT at all?

i was 200 pounds almost all my teen years about 2 years ago my thyroid started ackting up and i lost alot of weight went down to 140. and am probably gona get alot of shit for this but i didnt do pct
