It's a test kit to tell you if the compound is actually present. It won't tell you the potency but it will let you know if it's not just oil or something completely different than what you ordered.
In this game nothing's for certain. Unless you get it straight from the pharmacy. One order could be awesome and the next could be completely bunk. That's why you need to research a ton and don't trust anyone
