I do 2 miles each morning immediately after waking. I started at 60mcg and after 4 Days I'm at 120 Mcgs daily as I wake up. Ill do 120 Mcgs as recommended for 2 weeks and than take a 2 wk break. Is this good what else should I be taking is my target and goal redo able?
