    Burning before bulking

    I'm 26 with multiple cycles under my belt. My goal is to lean out as much as possible before a huge bulk cycle I have planned. Right now I just started my first go at fasted cardio with clen and a OTC fat burner. I'm careful with anything like clen and following all precautions...I think. I do 2 miles each morning immediately after waking. I started at 60mcg and after 4 Days I'm at 120 Mcgs daily as I wake up. Ill do 120 Mcgs as recommended for 2 weeks and than take a 2 wk break. Is this good what else should I be taking is my target and goal redo able?

    Is my target and goal reasonable? I'd like to hit 12% bf before this huge bulk cycle. What other supplements are needed? I've never taken bcaa's...as I've only taken the stander multi, fish oil, protein, and ravage a gnc pwo

    We can't answer your question without knowing your stats and your time scale? Most people can hit 12%, and much lower, with diet and cardio alone and no thermogenics.

    45min fasted cardio should do, low intensity, maybe the stair climber or eliptical. I'd say BCAA's are a must (10g pre and post cardio), they will help preserve muscle while cutting. Obviously your diet is the most important part. Have you ever tried Intermittent Fasting?

    Currently 15-16 bf and 6'7 I'm always ducking! Ive never tried IF I really don't think I could. Thanks for the help with the bcaa's ill be on them tomo

    IF is great man, I've been eating maintenance calories for 2 weeks while following an IF diet. I've lost 3 pounds and I've actually made gains in the gym. Two big ass meals a day. I quit eating around 4pm, then break the fast around 11am, during the am hours I take eca so I have zero appetite and tons of energy. Then I get to pig out during feeding window. I've even been eating starchy carbs which I used to avoid like the plague.

    DIET is everything. You need to have it critiqued 100% for real results.
