About to put together a diet for my brother -he intends to compete in an upcoming physique competition- and will be getting my cutting diet together for the middle of March. I've always gotten annoyed with having to look up exact information individually, so I set up this image with some of the more common eaten items and will be adding as I go along.
Just wanted to post this here in case in can help anyone else, and to get some more ideas of which foods I need to still add.
