I was finally diagnosed with a small tear of hamstring tendon, near the origin at the bone. It is like only 1-2 mm splitting between the bone and tendon, 10x2 mm horizontally - only few percent of a tendon cross section, at its border. Anyway I could not walk for a month.
All this happened during physical therapy, which I had after a small tear in the other leg, treated with two prp injections. It looks like it was overstretched by therapist, and than continued to widen, finally I ran few steps to catch a bus and could not walk after two days.
I had mri after a month, there were problems with interpretation. A doc in one clinic says it is already a scar tissue, which is rigid and very painful, moreover I have tendonisis, visible as white area on mri. He treated it with prp two weeks ago, multiple needle injections were supposed to destroy the scar and make it flexible. I started physical therapy but any stretching is extremely painful.
The other doc at the very elite and expensive clinic said that although very small it may not heal by itself, and even prp may not work, so proposed me marrow injection - taking some from my hip and then injecting, at the general anestesia. Very very expensive, not covered by my insurance. The prp injections in the first clinic are mostly covered and are the cheapest treatment for me.
Now a friend told me that hgh may speed up healing, but I have problems with getting a legit one. So I was thinking about Ipamorelin and Igf1-lr3 and I will probably give it a try for a month. But I am afraid that at least Igf1-lr3 may be fake, and if it has cortisol instead I can ruin the work of prp injection. Maybe I will get real genatropin in two weeks, but I could probably afford only 72 i.u. so like a month treatment. I do not know if it is worth doing this. Anyway I am about to loose a job if I do not recover quickly, so it is a serious matter.
Any suggestion what to choose?
