    Nutrition help

Starting my new cycle today and looking for a little help from you guys. I've already got my macros and tdee's going but I just want to double check with you guys on everything. Ill be running a tren a/test p cycle looking for a lean bulk with emphasis on BULK! I put on some good size on my last cycle consulting of just test so this should be an interesting cycle.

I've calculated out that my maintenance calorie level should be 2800 and protein should be 240 with a min fat intake of 32. I may be calculating this wrong so maybe someone can double check me and let me know exactly what I should be taking in. I was going to run a cal intake for the lean bulk around 3200.

    My stats are:
    192lbs
    5'8"
    30yo
    12-14%bf

    Thanks for help given.

Be prepared to add a bit more calories with Tren than on a normal 500 cal over bulk!

In my mind I keep thinking 3500 but then I think that's too high to maintain my bf. I lift in the gym with very little cardio. And by little I mean I warm up for 3-5 mins and that's it. I hate cardio!

Just looking for the proper ratio and intakes so I can start preparing meals for 3 or 4 days. I don't like to go much further than that on reheating precooked food. Just personal preference.

I would suggest 3500-3800...depending on how your body reacts to tren. You may have to adjust on the fly a few hundred cals one way or the other

And with work killing me right now that's the only way I know to do it. I can't just wing it because ill end up not eating at all for 6 hrs or so because of it so ill have to pre-prepare everything even though I'm In a restaurant most of the day. Example of my work is I left work last night a little after 12, in bed by 2 and up again at 6am for work. Hard to believe unemployment is so high right now but I'm begging for help.

That's getting off topic though. Basically that's my plan is preparing for days and freezing.

Sounds good. Ill calculate it up and run for a few weeks and see how it goes and adjust.

I'm just looking at things like if I intake 600cals on avg per meal for 6 meals which would be 3600 calories that would mean I'm taking in 900g of protein and I know that's not right. Just calculating using the plain 1g of protein = 4g of calories method. Not looking at the macros calculations. I think I'm just say over thinking this. Ill have to sit down later and write it all down.
