Been lifting on and off for the past 5 years, been hardcore lifting and dieting for the past 6 months. Here are my stats:
Age:21 (22 next month)
Weight: 186
BF: 12%
Height: 5'11
Lifts:
Bench: 280
Deadlift: 415
Squat: 305
Looking to run a test only cycle of test e at 500/mg a week for 14 weeks. Arimidex for ai, clomid for pct and hcg. Was considering a dbol kicker for the first 4 weeks but funds may not allow (thoughts?) Planning on eating 4500 cals daily with a 50:30:20 protein/carb/fat ratio with a split as follows:
My regime will consist of 8 exercises per day, 4 each body part, 3 x6-8 mainly with my first exercise being my main corelift (bench/DL/squat/military press)
Day 1: chest/tris
Day 2: back/bis
Day 3:shoulders/abs
Day 4: legs
Im hoping to put on 20-30 lbs and plan on running many more cycles in the future. Any advice on amounts of adex? I was thinking .5mg/day. What amt of clomid would you guys reccomend for pct and also hcg? I plan on pinning 250mg twice a week mon/thurs.
