    Smile Just started my first Cycle what do you guys think?

    Hey every one I'm new to this so plz bair with me. I'm on my 3rd week I'm running Test E 400 mg per week and Test p 100mg EOD I plan on running this for 2 more weeks then droping the p and starting tren any input good or bad would be greatly apprishiated THX

    Stats? Are you running an ai and hcg? What is your planned pct?

    month 1, 400mg Test e per week,100mg test p Eod I only plan on running the p for 30 days then ill finish out my 3month cycle with the test e400mg a week and tren Eod,and yes this is my first Cycle start. height 6.5 weight 150lbs so fare iv gain 12 lbs in 16 days

    yes I'm very athletic and allrdy in shape just finshed 4 years of wrestling in college and I have not picked up my tren yet I'm a solid 162 after just two weeks so it has to be working but I'm a 100 % noob to half the stuff you guys are talking about

    How many years you been training ? and how old are you. You meant to say you're 6 foot 5 inches right ? 150 pounds?

    You do not need to run Tren on your first cycle. We would like to know your age? Are you running an ai,hcg. What's your planned pct?

    I have been wrestling my hole life but college is over so,so is wrestling and iv been weight training for 30 days now and Yes I'm currently 6.5 tall 162 but my starting weight was 150

    Stay away from the Tren, Test only will treat you well for a first cycle. Tren is better saved for once you have a few cycles under your belt. It can carry worse sides than test and you don't need the cutting effects either.

    You are not 3-4% bf for one. Second, u haven't been training long enough to take juice. Third, u don't know how to eat. Fourth, u started this cycle ill informed and didn't do half the research u should've.

    You should stop, pct and wait a few years after lifting consistently and getting a good diet and foundation.

    let me also say my weight class was 145 and my call intake in wrestling was about 1200-1500 a day now It's 3500 to 4000

    OP, you are not ready to cycle, for obvious reasons:
    6'5"
    155 lbs
    30 days weight training....

    you should stop this cycle and just keep eating and training natty for at least another year or 2.. before using AAS, you should be able to get to about 210-220 lbs natty without the use of anything other than food and training..

    You need to learn how to eat. And in a big way. You should stop like mentioned, but if not, definitely stay away from the tren. You need an AI. And PCT?

    Breakfast: Greek yogurt, 2 chicken biscuits, protein shake, cheese hashbrowns

    Lunch: family serving of broccoli chicken from stir king

    Snacks: 2 oatmeal pies, 2 poptarts, can of tuna, another protein shake, reeses cups

    Headed to gym now. Sizeon max during workout. Dinner to follow

    Ouch hcg will keep your testies functioning on cycle. The ai for on cycle keeps estrogen at bay to keep sides to a minimum and what is your planned pct?

    iv ate about the same thing every day. morning 8 egg burrito 2 cups oat meal 1 tbs of peanut butter about 2 hours later I drink a 80 g protein drink then for lunch a chicken breast and 2 potatos and 1 serving of veggies 2 hours later another 80 g protein drink then dinner is kinda random and ill drink a couple ensure meal supps a day as well about 2 and a protein bare before work outs. so that my diet currently my dinner is allways a lean meat veggies and a side.

    my over all goal for my first Cycle is 175 so a 25 pound gain but like I said for the last 6 year I have been barly eating so that I could make weight so my calorie intake has tripled

    Bro you need to hit the nutrition forum. I am not going to beat you up about it but your diet could be much better

    You should do it naturally, simply eating more would yield that 25lbs.
