    Cool aloha

    Hi everyone.
    I have completed a first cycle of Nandrotest 400 and dianabol.
    I am now on a 11 week cycle of sust for the next 9 weeks, and currently have the sust flu, which is crap!!!! however at least i now i have legit stuff.

    Nice progress! Now, begin reading everything you can here and make sure you're doing things correctly AND safely. Also visit the nutrition forum for some good threads on gaining muscle.
