    Gym routine question on cycle

I don't know if this is the right area to post this? I have been training a long time. But I don't know if I should change anything up as far as rep/sets number of exercises in regards to cycling with anavar and test.

My routine is 3X a week sometimes 4.

    Chest/Tri
    Shoulder/Bi
    Back/Trap/Legs

I usually do 3-4 exercises of chest and 3 exercises of tri's. 4 sets of each in the 12-6 range. Starting light and getting heavier. I know a few people on cycles that do a lot more but I prefer hour long workout and keep it intense. When you come of the cycle doing long extended workouts won't be realistic. Am I correct in this?

Even on cycle people don't always do long extended workouts.
    What exactly is your question?

On cycle I always seemed to go for 90min. More if I was bullshitting with people I know there. However, right after cycling is over I seem to get lethargic and not want to get up and go so I generally go for an hour or less

I guess my question is once I keep my workouts intense and progressing that I don't need to up the number of exercises and sets. Duration.

It's all depends what you're going for. Bulking up you would want to go higher weights lower reps to continuously pus yourself to higher number la and sheer mass. Cutting not so much
