    Advice for First Cycle (New)

    Hey everyone, I'm about to run my first cycle ever. I'm 26 yrs old, 6'1", 180lb and about 18% BF. I'm planning on 10 weeks. Test prop 200mg a week 1-10, EQ 400mg a week 1-10, DBol 20mg twice a day 1-5, and an AI. My pct is clomid and hcg. Any feedback would be great. Thanks

    Yikes, bad plan all around! How often were you planning on injecting test prop?

    Really, have you read any of the info on this site. The cycle should be test only and from your stats you don't have much of a solid muscle base to work from.
    What is your training experience and what does your diet look like, maybe post everything you ate yesterday.
    Something is missing for 6'1" 180 and 18% bf. and it's not AAS.

    You're all wrong bro. Stick to one compound for first cycle, and make it a longer ester like test e or c. You don't want to commit to pinning ED or EOD before you know how you take it. Drop everything else.

    Hcg is meant to be ran throughout the cycle, not after. And you don't mention an ai. It looks like you should do some more research bro. Not to mention your stats aren't ideal to begin a cycle. For your size 180 is a little light and 18 bf% is a little much.

    You may want to gain lbm and drop bf% naturally before you jump into aas.

    I was planning on pinning twice a week of each. My ai is arimidex and I know I'm not the biggest just trying to build some good muscle. I just finished a leanout, and dropped 28 lbs

    My good friend said this was his first cycle, and suggested it to help pack on some size. I was kind of thinking it was a lot for my first

    And for my meals yesterday, I had:

    Breakfast: 10 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 slices turkey bacon
    Snack: protien shake
    Lunch: 2 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
    Snack: protien shake
    Dinner: 16 oz steak, red potatoes, green beans
    Before Bed: protien shake

    Prop needs to be at least every other day bro. And your friend gave you bad advice for a beginner.

    Prop twice a week would be an up and down roller coaster. You are in the right place to get help, best thing you can do is never listen to the person who advised that cycle to you ever again.

    Prop alone would be great as long as you don't mind the EOD injections. There's currently one guy on here I know of that's running prop as a first run and he's loving it. You can run shorter cycles ad get the same results as test e.

    For pct you could go with :
    Week 11-14 clomid 100/100/50/50
    Week 11-14 nov 40/40/20/20

    Check out the Pct section and start reading the stickies before you do anything.

    Add 2ml of BW to your 5000iu powder.

    0.10ml = 250iu

    How long have you been training? Your diet needs some work. PCT from Buster would be much better than yours. And yes, i would recommend the test e for 12 weeks. But you still have some research to do.

    I'm thinking test e 250mg twice a week
    Aromasin 10mg Ed
    Hcg 250iu twice a week
    Pct
    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Just read this now, 28lb is a good drop. Why not continue what you are doing till you get your BF% even lower? Then start to look at aas?
