Hey Guys
im really new to all of this and just looking for a bit of guidance to get started, been working out most of my adult life and im quite happy with my overall performance i have never really been able to put on as much mass as i would like. Last year a friend of mine hooked me up with some D-Bol, i ran about 6 weeks of 20-30mg per day and loved the results: overall i was lifting more than i ever have, was nearly doubling my size and felt fantastic but had some real trouble with my joints which ended up with me dislocating my knee quite badly and ending up in a cast for 3 weeks.
The experience over all was a positive one, however, as once i had recovered from the injury i was still lifting a lot more than i had been able to pre-cycle and altho a lot of the water retention mass i had gained had now dissipated, i was still a lot larger than before.
Now that its a year later and coming up for summer again i would really like to give it another (more informed) try as i am aware that i probably made a lot of mistakes on my 1st cycle, i have looked at a lot of information on various websites and honestly am struggling to make heads or tails of it, theres a lot of technical jargon and abbreviations that just confuse me.
What i am looking for is an honest no - BS easy to comprehend cycle layout, what should i be doing pre, during and post cycle and at what dosages (no abbreviations please), what i am not looking for is criticism over how wrong my previous experience was, only constructive helpful posts please.
