    loosing on a lean bulk!

after joining this site a couple of month ago i have had a lot of help putting a new lean bulk diet into place ive been on it a month or so now and ive lost around 3lb. and bodyweight seems the same. im measuring it later today at the gym. i could do with some help on where to add to it. do i add to all meals? or just to meal 1 and my post workout meal? or should i just add in a shake during the night? and when adding should i concentrate on carbs/protein/fat?

What are you trying to say here? How did you lose 3lbs yet bodyweight stayed the same?

If you're needing to add more calories, it doesn't really matter where you do so. Add another meal if you need to, or increase macros in 1 or more existing meals. What's your current macro split?

Ok, so bodyfat hasn't changed but you lost a few lbs, right? How long have you been on this new routine? Did you switch from a high carb diet to a lower one? What I getting at is the fact this could simply be water weight, but if you don't think so, we have to address it. Has your strength increased, decreased, or stayed the same?
