    pregnenolone/progesterone connection - dosing question

    I have a question about pregnenolone.

    Does anyone have any idea how much it raises progesterone? Like a rule of thumb or something?

    And also, does anyone have any idea about what an ideal progesterone level would even be?
    I can't seem to find this information anywhere. For example, is high normal better? off the scale?

    Anyone have any idea?
