Wow, very cool. Yates expressed strong opinions on Steroids, the media, Arnold. His trip down the Amazon river and his trip on Iawosca (sp) the plant that induces serious hallucinations. Some claim its a life changing spiritual journey of a lifetime. On roids DY openly admits to using for 12 years with only bloating and acne plus aggression as sides. He had a doctor that constantly watched over his BW. He says, and I quote," streoids are hormones which naturally occur in the body, its safe on reasonably low doses. He claims that diet is what separates the men from the boys. That athletes with tremendous work ethics in the gym fail to be champions because they lack the mental strength to over ride the body's desire for food when on diet. Very enjoyable to listen to this amazing guy who is so much more than a muscle head.
