I am 37.I have weighed between 150 and 156 since I was 15. Worked out for almost a decade eating extreme calories. Protein shakes. Dedicated workout regimen..3 years ago I finally weighed 168 to 170 at around 6% body fat.-I used Mesobolin.Tridenison.and Oral testabol....I had a motorcycle wreck 2.5yrs ago and developed issues where I could not bend forward or I would fall due to weak muscles. I could not squat due to lack of strength. could not curl..-my max bench at 157 was 325 3 to 5 reps.2 sets unassisted..now i can barely bench..I seem to not be able to get my strength back-or the size that helped me feel average...the only thing that keeps the depression and subdue the anxiety is working out in hopes of getting back to where I was(and just being able to go back to a labor job using strength...I was thinking of trying Deca and Test Prop. for a few weeks to help slowly build up and to help with my joints...please,only those who have experience and know what I am dealing with please reply. thankk you![]()
