According to all the information all the debates we have gone through here and many other places, after a study of around 6 months on AAS, PCT, AI's and HCG I have a final draft of the "Golden First Cycle" if you Vets like it lets put this up for a safe cycle suggestion maybe...


On my 2nd week;

-First Cycle-

Week 1-10

500 mg Test Enenthate (Monday & Thursday 250mg)
50 mg Proviron (Everyday Upon Waking & Before Bed 25 mg)
500 iu HCG (Sunday & Wednesday 250iu)
12.5mg Aromasin (Everyday)

Week 11-12

100 mg Test Prop EOD
50 mg Proviron (Everyday Upon Waking & Before Bed 25 mg)
500 iu HCG a Week (2 x 250iu)
12.5mg Aromasin (Everyday)

PCT (Starting 3 days After Last Shot)

Week 13-14
40 mg Nolvadex 75 mg Clomen ED

Week 15-16
20 mg Nolvadex 50 mg Clomen ED

Some even say that I should raise it up to 100 mg a day m8 and some say I should drop it but 50 mg seems to be good for me, like the pumps, but thank you for the heads up!

(ftr, i agree with Euro. i would exclude the Provi - not necessary particularity when you have a solid AI like Aromasin. but its entirely your call and you made one. so be it)

Finally someone does the homework. Provirion could be dropped but your call. May want to save it for a second cycle as it is one more compound to rule out if there is a reaction to the protocol.

He's running it every day mate. It only has a 9 hour half life in men.

Yes it is, imo. EOD protocols @ 12.5mg of Aromasin were producing E2 values in the 160+ range, IIRC. This is explained in the link i provided.

I think there has been a confusion, Gaspaco may have thought that I am not takin any AI and for that reason may have suggestes at least a eod 12,5mg exemestane usage...
