i'm looking to cut down bodyfat as quick an as much as possible... last summer i started cutting for the first time, i started at 195lbs and around 35-40%bf, i dropped down to 125lbs in 3.5 months, i started bulking and i bulked from 125 to 172 at about 17%bf. I'm looking to drop down to around 12% or lower. I just started cutting again yesterday and doing no carbs but not sure if its the best choice, considering i dont want to loose the muscle mass ive gained at the same time.
