    Cutting Diet?

i'm looking to cut down bodyfat as quick an as much as possible... last summer i started cutting for the first time, i started at 195lbs and around 35-40%bf, i dropped down to 125lbs in 3.5 months, i started bulking and i bulked from 125 to 172 at about 17%bf. I'm looking to drop down to around 12% or lower. I just started cutting again yesterday and doing no carbs but not sure if its the best choice, considering i dont want to loose the muscle mass ive gained at the same time. I'm currently intaking about 1200 calories a day. I'm looking for cardio tips and any tweaks to diet that would be helpful Thank you so much!
    Stats:
    Sex: Male
    Age: 18
    Weight: 163.8lbs
    Bf: about 17%

Your best bet is to check out the tdee sticky thread in the diet section. Do the math and figure out how many calories u need to take it. I've been running a 45/35/20 pro/carbs/fat ratio and it works for me. I would agree if u go no carbs u will lose muscle and your desire to cut will fade because that's a drastic diet.

As far as cardio I do 2 days hiit, 2 days normal pace and 1 day bike.

    Hiit consists of

2 min warmup treadmill (incline to max @ 2.5-3mph)
Treadmill max incline 20 seconds 6mph, 20 seconds rest. Do this for 8 mins total
10 mins elipctical at mod pace (heart rate 160ish)
Treadmill max incline 30 seconds 5.2mph, 30 second rest. 10 mins

    Total cardio 30 mins

This is what has been working for me. Hope this helps.

Post up ur tdee and what macros should be. And we can help u create a meal plan

If you plan on sticking with the 0 carb deal I would at least suggest you properly ingest healthy fats. I've had success in the past with this Ketogenic style diet and retained good muscle because i got my energy from the fats I was taking in. Im sure you can google the ketogenic diet on google or something. Train Hard... cheers.
