Let me bounce this off u guys:
Is the "Creatine Bloat"/water retention the same as say Test aromtiizing in estrogen type of water retention?
Thing is, I'm off cycle now for about 6 weeks. I stopped taking creatine too, and stayed outta the gym to heal mentally and physically.
I been cross training doing the Insanity workout and tons of biking in the AM and PM.
I'm asking cause my abs started to go south when I was on cycle AND creatine. Now that I'm off, my abs are coming back and I am getting more vascular in my arms.
I have to admit though, my diet has been tight the last month.
I'm starting to hit the gym again and am just wondering if it was the Creatine/Test to estrogen converting water retention? Or just that I got lazy in my diet? LOL
