    Mistake on my order!

    I already contacted through the site. But I accidentally put the 1 of my items wrong in my order. It was just placed tonight so hasn't even been processed. How can I get the item changed to the correct one?

    All it said was there placing on my order on hold until they get a new order number. My one order shipped and now it's holding both my product and my money from the order number I posted above. I didn't get any instructions on what to do now. I just either want the order shipped or the money back at this point.

    Any updates on 200068364? Never heard anything back from customer service. Still says its being held. Would like to know what's going on soon. It's over $100 I spent and no resolution still

    Ok makes sense. Not meaning to be a pest I just don't know what to do. Hopefully I can hear something back Monday or Tuesday then.

    Scribble, I don't think your order has shipped yet. Why don't you just cancel, get it refunded, then put in your new order with code?

    I got another email today stating that there was some sort of error and they shipped the package anyway but my other order placed the same day already arrived. Some type of error some place because I ever received the package and your site says the order is still on hold. They said to send the package back for a full refund but again. I never got the package. Starting to get really frustrated

    Your order is on hold and you will be refunded. We never shipped your first order. Since this hour sale ordeal our heads have been spinning and customer service got you mixed up with someone else.

    Sorry about the confusion. Thank you for your patience with this.

    btw....it takes a few days for refunds to show
