    My cutting diet ..what's your opinion guys ?

    Meal 1 : 5 eggs ( 4 white - 1 whole ) + 3 tbsp oats or 2 slice toast + 1 orange
    meal 2 : 1 pack yogurt + 1 banana
    meal 3 : 1 cup white rise + 150g chicken or meat + any kind of vegetables
    meal 4 ( pre workout ) : 1 slice toast + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp honey
    meal 5 ( post workout ) : 180g tuna + 1 banana
    meal 6 : 150g cottage cheese + 2 slice toast + salad + 1 tbsp olive oil

    any recommend guys ?

    and i wanna know how many carbs in 3 tbsp of oats ?

    Did you read the cutting 101 stickie? I would suggest that you do and re-evaluate your plan which doesn't mean much without calories and macro's and details of your stats(age,height,weight, bodyfat%)

    Then your maintenance calories are likely in the region if 2200 daily.

    Read that cutting stickie and rewrite your diet and list it, with macro's for critique.

    I'd also like to see your workout plan.
