meal 2 : 1 pack yogurt + 1 banana
meal 3 : 1 cup white rise + 150g chicken or meat + any kind of vegetables
meal 4 ( pre workout ) : 1 slice toast + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp honey
meal 5 ( post workout ) : 180g tuna + 1 banana
meal 6 : 150g cottage cheese + 2 slice toast + salad + 1 tbsp olive oil
any recommend guys ?
and i wanna know how many carbs in 3 tbsp of oats ?
