Wana bet? With a decent diet and training 3x+ a week you can easily get there but it wont be over night and will take you a few years with or without aas. The difference is with proper diet you wont have to worry about the aas side effects such as extreme acne, night sweats, oily skin, bloating, ED and rapid muscle loss after cycle.
Ive been here several years and I'm still learning about diet. I THOUGHT I knew how to eat and gain when I was early 20s. I worked out almost 2hrs a day, 6 days a week. In other words I over trained and my diet sucked because a lot of the food I ate was empty calories. Start eating 6x a day, eating 2-3 chicken breast a day, steak, lots of vegetables, fish, tuna etc. Do NOT substitute real food for protein drinks.
