Lock Bathroom Door ( nothing like having your 17 year old daughter walk in with a needle hanging out ya ass)
Line up bottles of gear, swapin the tops off
Choicing the pin lenght (1.5 Glutes 1" quads and delts)
Carefully drawing up each compound to the correct level
Changing out your drawing needle, making sure you dont loose any gear
Loading new needle and forcing out the air until that perfect ball of oil comes slowly down the needle gently lubricating it
Then...................slowly..................... carefully.....................................I just jam it in deep, and drop the hammmer!!! OAAAAAAAAA YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BABY!!

I get it out of my lock box grab two syringes, warm my gear with a blow dryer, wipe tops and my a$$ draw as quick as I can, not too carefully change pins, air out quick, bla bla and stick it and push it quick. Throw it away pull up my pants if I have any on and it's over and done. Quick, quick and easy, done deal. I've been pinning or shooting for so long I could do it blind. The only beware I have is I love my ****. ...crazy mike ................hmmmmmmm

Ritual. Definitely. I have a gear kit that looks like one of those zippered toolsets. Vials in the bands instead of ratchet sockets, needles, swabs, extra barrels without pins,extra pins of varying sizes. Kind of like that rollup kit Dexter uses to prep his kills. I get everything laid out on the dresser and like watching the fluid slowly go into the barrel.
The act of pinning is kind of anticlimactic. I have way more fun leading up to it. Kind of foreplay lol.

Its funny I ended up liking it lol I have my lockable kit with everything in it, Every Wed I get home from Jiu Jitsu, shower, then while naked do this:
