Hey there, everyone. I'm 24 years old 5'5 and 213lbs. A couple of months ago it was like a switch was turned in my brain and I realized that I didn't want to be fat and gross anymore, so I'm changing that. I've put a lot of work into my nutrition, eating at a caloric deficit, lifting three times a week. All that good stuff. Of course I'm still a complete beginner and have loads to learn. At this point I'm not really considering running a cycle of anything, but in the future once I've reached some level of competency and fitness I think I would like to see where a bit of enhancement could take me.
Browsing around I found this forum and it seems to be filled with quite a few very cool and knowledgeable, so I figured I should stick around here for awhile and learn. Hope to get to know you all better! (Uh, and also hopefully not drive you nuts)
