    New here.

    My name is Jake, just started using this site. I just started my 3rd week of Test E injections. First time I have ever tried a PED but so far im seeing good results. Hardest part is changing my diet. If anybody has some good dieting techniques feel free to throw them my way.

    Overall goal is to cut BF% while gaining muscle. Probably one of the hardest ive tried. I wrestled for 8 years so cutting weight is easy its the cutting while gaining thats hard haha. But if someone has a good diet they feel would help in the process let me know! Open to any new ideas and ill try anything once.
