i know you are new but you might want to consider the conditioning contest which starts soon......just an idea!
I usually start eating eggs and oats in the morning then usually steak or chicken for lunch same for dinner or fish and something between meals like a can or two of tuna fish and peanut butter
What's the conditioning contest?
Like what kinda carbs and protein should I eat
