Hello people, first of all, i want to say HI ! i.m from Romania and i have 20 years old, i am a kickboxing fighter, i started 6 years ago with these sport and my life have changed.
6 years ago : 110 kg's - now : 82 kg.
I lose weight with a good diet from a sport nutritionist and with training and running, now i have 82-83 kg, and i want to lose at 75, please tell me what cycle to use ? i want to lose the fat remained, and have a better muscle definition.
