    anavar and creatine?

    Hi, Im just starting my first anavar cycle. Ive always taken creatine and want to know if I should keep taking it, even with anavar?

    Absolutely. In fact, anavar stacks better with creatine than does anything else, as it increases your muscles' ability to store creatine phosphates.

    yes anavar only. dosage is 5mg a day ill do that for 8 weeks.....thanks for the help

    Agreed. Creatine has great synergy with Anavar.
    You may find 5mg to be too low, but it doesn't hurt to test the waters.

    I meant 10 mg... And as I adjust ill just increase.
