im doing some Clen during my contest prep and my coach has given me an odd dosage. he says i should take 50mcgs eod for week one, week two i take 100mcgs eod, week three off. then week four and five i take 100mcgs eod, week 6 off. and continue this pattern until show time. is this effective ? the only way ive ever heard of it taken is 20mcgs start, next day 40mcgs and so on until you reach 100-120mcgs for a first timer. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. ill have enough to do both styles of dosing, just dont know if my reccomended dose is gonna do squat.

ill be taking the clen alone, no test base, using a rasberry ketone based thermo in my off weeks.
