I hope I'm posting this in the right place. So, I should start off that I'm significantly overweght, especially at my gargantuan height of 5'5. Back in January I was around 240lbs and as of this morning I'm about 208. I've been reading about taking Clen, T3, and Keto together but before I jumped into anything I just wanted to as a couple of small questions.
The first one would probably be...would it even be worth it? I lift three times a week now and do light cardio 3-5 days a week. Once I got serious about getting my nutrition and calories on point along with my exercise I started losing between 2 and 3 pounds a week. (Which I assume will drop off more as I lose more weight. Unless I adjust my caloric intake more as I go) If I -did- use these would it help to shed extra pounds of fat per week? If so is there a ballpark of how much that might be? Or does it depend entirely on how my body reacts?
Second question, and more important, really. Would it even be safe at my weight? Looking at my measurements It seems that I'm around 31% bodyfat...pitiful still, but better than back in January. I have very mild asthma, and there is no history of any heart problems in my family.
If it seems like it's going to be both safe -and- worthwhile I have a very basic idea of what kind of cycle I'll do, but I'll get that worked out well before I even get my hands on anything.
