Yeah I hear u on the diet still learning. I got a tread in the nutrition section but no hits.
But for here I'm on a diet based on carb cycling but its not perfect of course.
Eat 6-8 meals with 2500 cal
Built on mostly protein and fats. My carbs stay around 100g having a hard time lowering my fat intake and keeping up on carbs.
Pretty much 6 egg whites with 4 turkey bacon with tablespoon of peanut butter
Then every meal after that. 6-8 oz meat with 1 cup of greens(beans,spinach,broccoli,) and I have a protein shake twice day. One during n one after workout.
As far as the ? Yes I'm not a scientist but I was just wanting I simple lay out from someone who's experience on the drug.

500mg test e 3-12
250mg test e 1-2 weeks
Hcg week 10-12 at 250iu eod
Off 2 weeks with nolvadex 60/40/20/10 each for a week
