    Lifting my whole life
    Goal like to drop bf to 10-12 and add size and be as safe as possible because I want more kids starting as soon as I get my wife prego

    Ok as u can see I'm short and stocky so I don't want to add water. Just ran a test e at 500ew for 12 and went from 200-230 now I'm back and fourth between 216-220. This will actually be my 3rd but the first was over 4 years ago and it was test only also. I tried putting other threads up about diet and a cutting cycle but no luck. I only had masterone suggested. Sorry if spelled wrong

    I know first off I need a type of test but that is one thing I would like to ask. I understand the different esters but as of results what are they prop vs eth vs cy. Cy I really don't understand is it the same as ethu?
    Would u recommend trying the different esters or stick with eth cause I liked it?
    What would be a good stack? Winny. Mast. Tren which I heard was horrible on natty system

    Also on my previous cycle I have 20 ml of deca 300 which I didn't use because I did the research lol

    I have in house HCG, nolvadex, little armidex
    But I should be placing a order next week so all the help I can get please

    Also I read that it can be easier to keep gains of slower esters vs like prop which u get to gain quicker.
    So I would like to have a cycle that allows me to keep most of my gain

    Cyp. is a long ester likes Enanthate......Cypionate is actual a little bit longer ester than Enanthate.......not by much though.

    The ester you use is usually based on the length of your cycle......if you're running a short cycle (8 weeks) then Propionate is the preferred ester because most generally you won't see or feel result of long ester until week 5 or 6........short ester produces more immediately noticeable results.........

    As for what to stack.........well that depends on your goals.

    What is your proposed PCT?

    On cycle AI?

    Blood pressure & cholesterol control?

    Cyp and Enan are too similar to worry about. Results from prop would be faster, but injection frequency would be higher (Daily or every other day is a must)... Where long esters like cyp and enan can be injected twice weekly.

    I don't think you need to stack anything. Just run test and let it amplify your diet. If you insist on another compound, research T3 and/or albuterol.

    You'll need clomid coupled with your Nolva for PCT. And you need enough Arimidex, not "little".

    That said, I wouldn't worry about ordering anything next week. (no offense, but you're not ready to order anything with such common/simple questions). Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you're here and reading up. But you had no business cycling and hopefully haven't done any permanent damage to your endo system.

    nutrition and pct will determine how much of your gains are held on to.

    Sounds like diet should be tuned up first. Body fat is a bit high. Steroids aren't going to make your body fat go down. Only diet

    Yeah I hear u on the diet still learning. I got a tread in the nutrition section but no hits.
    But for here I'm on a diet based on carb cycling but its not perfect of course.
    Eat 6-8 meals with 2500 cal
    Built on mostly protein and fats. My carbs stay around 100g having a hard time lowering my fat intake and keeping up on carbs.
    Pretty much 6 egg whites with 4 turkey bacon with tablespoon of peanut butter
    Then every meal after that. 6-8 oz meat with 1 cup of greens(beans,spinach,broccoli,) and I have a protein shake twice day. One during n one after workout.

    As far as the ? Yes I'm not a scientist but I was just wanting I simple lay out from someone who's experience on the drug.
    My previous cycle
    500mg test e 3-12
    250mg test e 1-2 weeks
    Hcg week 10-12 at 250iu eod
    Off 2 weeks with nolvadex 60/40/20/10 each for a week
    I think that is pretty legit cycle and I made it

    As far as clomid and nolvadex I have read multiple times that that is a nono and clomid has worst sides.
    I posted my goals and the reason for this thread is to get the experience from someone who used the drug because I am looking to stay safe on my natural productions.
    I know the safest way is to not do it but if u love the sport then u know that's not a option.

    Your pct should include Clomid. I don't see an AI on cycle. Why not run hcg the whole cycle and why are you starting the test low the first couple weeks?

    I don't understand the use of clomid and nolvadex. As far as the ai I didn't use one I just had it in case of sides.
    Hcg the whole way I will on this next cycle at 250 Iu ew

    Well that was the first cycle in 4 years so wanted to make sure I didn't have any sides being a long ester was the reason for 2 weeks

    Ok use a ai armidex but still haven't got any good knowledge from y'all.
    And it's a absolute no on t3 the sides. ChAnce to ruin my thyroids. Not worth it. I'm using clen as we speak.

    You mentioned you are 24, did you run this cycle before that age? if so at what age did you do this cycle? I am interested in the gains you made, how much you kept, your diet on cycle, and your workout protocol on cycle. Also did you feel the first two weeks of test at 250? Did you get any test atrophy?

    Well I just done this cycle I'm at the end of my pct so I still have 20 weeks before I start the next just planning and making sure I got everything
    Ill be 25 in may
    I look and feel like I have kept most. I was up to 230 at the end and now down to 216-220 depends on the day. (Carbs or no carbs)
    My diet is clean but I have a hard time taking in the calories.
    Even on cycle I did good to take in 2800 cal
