Hey there, y'all. It is nice to be back on the forums after a much overextended leave. I am a 26 yr/old male. I daresay I am a small fellow at 5'5, but what I lack in length I've always tryed to make up in width. I am currently 160lbs. gear free. I have one cycle under my belt when I was 19 which was a 13 week D-Bol (1-5), Deca, Test E. cycle with HCG (3-13), Nolvadex, and Clomid for the last three. The gains were fantastic. I went from 145lbs. to 173lbs. I am contemplating my second cycle a long 7 years later, but am not yet sure of its contents. I eat every two hours 500-700 calories; chicken, eggbeaters, red meats, whole grains, potatoes, and vegetables. With a fruit and Nitric Oxide supplement before workouts, I try to only supplement what I cannot take in through foods. I do supplement with animo acids and occasional protein shakes. I try to get a full 8 hours of sleep a night but sometimes have to settle for 6 and I am in the gym 5 days a week. Some of my other hobbies include: hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, music, and conservation work for the environment. I look forward to posting on this board. Thank you for having me!
