Hey, guys im going to a junior college to play football for a year or two until i can possibly transfer to a different school. I do not a strict diet, but always watch what i eat. Good meats, proteins, fruits, and vegitables. I'm 6'3 and a half 220 and according to the body fat chart pic. Im in the 25-30% range. I have been working out everyday since sophmore year in highschool. I never really seen any gains in size/strength. What am i doing wrong? Should i diet better if so what kind. (I wanna get bigger and stronger) All the help with be appreciated!
